1. What happens when movers damage furniture?

2. Can movers transport guns?

8. Are movers cheaper on weekdays?

Sometimes local movers might offer more affordable rates if you are moving on weekdays, but this might not be the case. Usually local movers are more expensive during the moving season that starts in April and it lasts until October. Feel free to openly ask your sales representative to offer you a cheaper day if you are flexible with your moving date.

9. When to tip movers?

There is no strict rule when it comes to tipping movers. If you are satisfied with the moving service and the way your local packers and movers performed the service for you, you should give them the tip.

10. Movers who will pack for you?

Any professional local moving company can offer you packing service as well. Usually you just need to mention it over the phone and they will provide you with the price for packing and moving. It is even possible to book local movers who will only pack your smaller items.
